Request a specific transfer or discuss the wider journey

Contact us for a Japan-side ground segment or for support across a wider international journey. Initial details are enough to begin.

Ground patient transport in Japan

Request transport between the departure and destination locations specified in your case. Please include the preferred date, timing and a brief overview of the assistance needed during travel.

Airport connections

Discuss ground transport connecting an airport with a hospital or other destination. Share the flight details, handover location, timing and contact details for the team managing the adjoining segment.

Tarmac transfers

Tarmac transfer requests are considered according to the airport, flight and airside access arrangements. We confirm the handover requirements and arrangements for each case.

Repatriation to and from Japan

We have completed international transfers from Mexico and Manila to Japan. Outbound transfers from Japan can also be discussed. The proposed arrangements depend on the patient's condition, route and requirements of the organisations involved.

In-flight medical escorts

Contact us about medical accompaniment during a flight. We will review the proposed journey, assistance required and arrangements already in place to determine the support we can provide.

Overseas coordination and charter aircraft arrangements

Overseas coordination and charter aircraft arrangements can be discussed for your case. Please specify the locations, dates and tasks you would like us to arrange.

Mexico to Japan

We have completed an international patient transfer from Mexico to Japan. The case video introduces our overseas transport work.

Manila to Japan

We have also completed an international patient transfer from Manila to Japan. Contact us to discuss the route and support required for your case.

Each request is reviewed individually. Previous experience on a route does not determine the transport method or arrangements for a new patient.
